RETURNS:
If the product delivered to you does not meets your original expectations and is found in a damaged condition we would unconditionally get it replaced. In order to get a defective item replaced, Contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us, within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
The defective product or part will be recalled and will be checked for the defect or problem before a new delivery is made.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of products can be made within 24 hours of the purchase of the product by contacting our Customer Care team via the Contact Us
REFUNDS:
In case of payment by Debit Card, Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund your credit card or net-banking account. Usually, refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product(s) pass the quality check. We will try our best to refund the cancellation amount within the stipulated time as mentioned above. However, if due to any reason whatsoever Waco fails to refund the said amount within the stipulated time the customers should understand that such a delay may be caused due to some technical error or unavoidable circumstances. In this case Waco will not entertain any interest/damages claim.
Note: Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Waco. Replacement is offered for the products sold by Waco only.
